At Jordan Creek Church we value our personal connection with
God through prayer and offer a range of ministry services and
opportunities. We encourage you to be a part of our prayer team or
to utilize our prayer resources for personal prayer requests.
Our Prayer Team provides one-on-one prayer support for people and
needs within our church community.
Our Prayer team is a group of prayer servants who intercede for
the needs of individuals, ministries and the church body
communicating by E-mail and published prayer lists.

We welcome prayer requests from anyone. It is important
that you include your name, telephone number and specific request.
Please remember that your prayer requests can be designated
CONFIDENTIAL and directly only to the Pastor.
Prayer requests can be made each Sunday. Copies of yellow prayer
cards are found on each seat on a Sunday morning. You can complete
the card at that time and share it with the Pastor or place it in
the offering plate.
Prayer requests will be shared with the UPPER ROOM PRAYER
MINISTRY and be shared with some 1,500+ prayer groups around the
world. Your prayer requests will then be prayed over for 30 days
24/7 around the world. We have a great team of people who will
gladly bring these requests to our God. Again, please mark
CONFIDENTIAL prayer requests so they can be handled in that manner.

THE PRAYER HAND MODEL
This is the Prayer Hand...it is a model that you can use to Pray.
Use each finger as a reminder to pray beginning with the thumb
touching each finger in succession. As the thumb touches all four
fingers, so praise should permeate my whole prayer life.
Begin with the small finger. Touch it with your thumb and pray
your CONFESSION, then progress through each of the remaining stages
of prayer: PETITION, INTERCESSION, THANKSGIVING and ending with
PRAISE.
Remember that this is simply a tool to use to help you in your
prayer life.
