Claim the
Name Confirmation Class!
The word confirmation means "with firmness". As young persons
reach the age of accountability, they
are ready to take more responsibility for their faith. Confirmation
is a call to discipleship, a call to claim
the name Christian for themselves. They are invited to make firm the
foundation and build upon it. The
ultimate goal is Christian formation, being transformed - over time
and through God's Spirit - into the
image of Christ.
We will be starting a confirmation class in June. The class will be
led by Pastor Phil and will run for
8-14 weeks. The class is open to Youth in 6th - 12th grade. If you
are interested in participating in this
journey, please contact Alice at
alice@jordancreekchurch.org or at 537-5262.
